EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Phomaz offers full refunds on products pursuant to the following requirements:

  • The product is damaged upon receipt; or 

  • The product that is delivered is not the product that was ordered.

  • In either instance (#1 or #2 above), the product must have been purchased at full price (no discounts or promotions were applied to the purchase) in order to be eligible for a refund. 

  • In either instance (#1 or #2 above), Phomaz must be notified of the reason for return and refund request within three (3) days of receipt of the purchased merchandise by the specified delivery recipient.  

  • The procedure for submitting a Return and/or Refund request may be found and a request may be submitted here.

Phomaz offers product exchanges pursuant to the following conditions:

  • Phomaz must be notified of the reason for return and requested exchange within three (3) days of receipt of the purchased merchandise by the specified delivery recipient.  

  • The requested exchange item is in stock and is of equal or lesser value to the original product purchased.

  • The customer returns the original product in its original packaging (with tags attached) in an unused condition to our customer service department.
